This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for Locationy, operated by ART & PRINTS LTD.
1. No Refunds
All payments for Locationy are final and non-refundable.
Once a subscription, plan, or credit is purchased:

No refunds are provided for unused time

No refunds are provided for partial usage

No refunds are provided for failed scans, ranking changes, or data variability
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing

Access continues until the end of the current billing period

No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining period
3. Service Availability & Data Variability
Locationy provides analytical data based on third-party platforms (including Google).
You acknowledge that:

Rankings and scan results may vary

Zero-result or failed scans may occur

Third-party changes or outages may impact results
These factors do not qualify for refunds.
5. Abuse & Account Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

Violation of the Terms & Conditions

Abuse, misuse, or unlawful activity
No refund will be issued.
