Refund Policy — Locationy

Effective date: 1 January 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for Locationy, operated by ART & PRINTS LTD.


1. No Refunds

All payments for Locationy are final and non-refundable.

Once a subscription, plan, or credit is purchased:

  • No refunds are provided for unused time

  • No refunds are provided for partial usage

  • No refunds are provided for failed scans, ranking changes, or data variability


2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

  • No refunds or credits are issued for the remaining period


3. Service Availability & Data Variability

Locationy provides analytical data based on third-party platforms (including Google).

You acknowledge that:

  • Rankings and scan results may vary

  • Zero-result or failed scans may occur

  • Third-party changes or outages may impact results

These factors do not qualify for refunds.


5. Abuse & Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of the Terms & Conditions

  • Abuse, misuse, or unlawful activity

No refund will be issued.
