You must:

Have authority to act on behalf of a business if using Locationy for commercial purposes
Use the Service only for lawful business activities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity occurring under your account
Ensuring submitted data is accurate and lawful

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

7. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that:

Rankings, visibility, and competitor data are variable
Results may change due to factors outside our control
Locationy does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue

All data is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

While we aim to provide reliable analytics:

Data may be incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent
Zero-result or failed scans may occur
Errors caused by external platforms are possible

You agree not to rely solely on the Service for business-critical decisions.

9. Payments & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you purchase a paid plan:

Fees are billed in advance
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Taxes may apply

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
